Job summary

CSR Limited's Woven Image division is seeking an Account Manager to cover Sydney and surrounding areas. You will cultivate relationships with Architects, Interior Designers and specifiers, driving product specifications for sustainable acoustic and interior finishes across commercial, workplace, education, healthcare and hospitality sectors.

You will travel across Sydney metro, manage a busy pipeline, deliver CPDs and design consultations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent

About the Role

At Woven Image, part of CSR's Interior Systems portfolio, we're all about pushing boundaries in design, sustainability and acoustic innovation. With significant investment in local manufacturing and ambitious growth plans ahead, now is the perfect time to join us.

We're seeking a driven, polished and design-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our Sydney territory. While the team comes together each week at our Brookvale office for collaboration, this role could suit candidates based anywhere across Sydney, as the majority of your time will be spent on the road building relationships and supporting customers throughout the Sydney metropolitan area and wider NSW market.

As the face of Woven Image across the region, you'll build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Specifiers, Builders and End Users to drive product specifications across commercial, workplace, education, healthcare and hospitality projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established territory and represent a market-leading range of sustainable acoustic and interior finishes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and strengthen relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Specifiers, Builders and End Users across Sydney and NSW to drive product specification and repeat business.
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to grow market share throughout the territory.
• Deliver engaging Lunch & Learn sessions, CPDs, product presentations and design consultations.
• Stay up to date with design trends, sustainability initiatives and technical product knowledge to support project specifications.
• Manage an active project pipeline, tracking specifications through to conversion and successful project delivery.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across specification, project delivery, customer service, logistics and marketing to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline management activities.
• Represent Woven Image at industry events, networking functions and design community initiatives across Sydney.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in architectural specification sales, with experience in textiles, acoustic solutions, commercial interiors, flooring, furniture, lighting, carpet, upholstery, fixtures, finishes, or related products highly regarded.
• Strong relationship-building skills and an established network within the Sydney architecture and design community, or the ability to quickly develop one.
• Passion for design and sustainability, with the ability to engage and influence specifiers through value-led conversations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; professional, confident, and commercially astute.
• Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects from specification through to completion.
• CRM-savvy with strong pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning capabilities.
• Qualifications in architecture, design, business, or a related field are advantageous but not essential.
