Hunch Talent in Sydney is seeking an experienced Architectural Specification Manager to own the Sydney market for a premium European residential product range. This is a genuine sales role focusing on opening doors, developing specifications, and guiding projects through the sales process to close.

Qualifications

• Established relationships across Sydney’s high-end residential and/or multi-residential market.
• Strong network across architects, interior designers, developers and builders.
• Proven experience in architectural, specification, technical or project-based sales.
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to close, not just influence specifications.
• Confident opening doors and creating opportunities.
• Persistent, proactive and capable of owning your market.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to sell a solution rather than just a product.
• Genuine passion for premium design, architecture and quality.

The Role

As Senior Architectural Representative, you’ll take ownership of the Sydney market across high-end residential and multi-residential projects. This is a genuine sales role — you’ll be responsible for opening doors, developing specifications, managing projects through the sales process and ultimately winning the business.
