Job summary

Hunter Gastroenterology is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Broadmeadow team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week, Monday to Thursday). The role supports a busy clinic with structured processes and a collaborative team.

You will manage front desk duties, appointment scheduling, billing, and patient records, working within established systems with guidance from senior staff. Weekend relief is not required.

About the Role

This is a varied front desk and administrative role supporting a team of specialists, nurses and administrative staff. You will be working within established systems and processes, with support from senior team members.
