Job summary

Capella Sydney seeks a poised Receptionist to join the Auriga Spa as the first point of contact. You will greet guests, manage the reception area and bookings, answer calls, and provide exceptional service in a luxury setting within a heritage building.

Knowledge of PMS (OPERA or Book4Time) and strong English communication are required. You will support spa operations, participate in trainings, and help promote services and events while upholding discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar reception or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of a property management system (OPERA or Book4Time).
• Eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the spa reception.
• Maintain a neat, organized reception area.
