Job summary

endota Sydney is opening a new spa at Macarthur Square. We are seeking a Spa Manager to lead a team of therapists, drive service standards, and manage budgets in a seven-room facility offering massage, facials, and advanced skin treatments.

You will champion our values, recruit and onboard staff, optimise bookings, and ensure excellent client experiences. Flexible rostering, visa-friendly for local holders, and staff training provided.

Qualifications

• Spa management experience preferred.
• Diploma/Certificate in beauty-related field required or advantageous.
• Experience with online booking systems (Zenoti) or similar.
• Proven leadership and KPI achievement experience.
• Strong IT skills: Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of therapists.
• Drive spa budget, KPI targets, and roster management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client base.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage daily spa operations: bookings, inventory, and spa standards.

New location opening soon! Located within Macarthur Square, southwest Sydney’s largest shopping destination. With onsite parking available upon application with the centre, and the ease of accessible public transport with direct access to Macarthur Station through the centre.

Join a growing team in a beautiful new spa, nestled in the heart of Southwest Sydney. Boasting seven rooms including one double for couples or group bookings, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

endota Spa Managers are passionate about leading and nurturing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.

As the face of the spa, the Spa Manageris responsible for:

• Creatingan optimalworking environment where you lead, engage, and develop a high performing team of therapists in-line with our values.
• Financial Performance of the spaincluding:achieving spa budget & KPI’s, forecasting targets and roster management.
• Delivering an exceptional level ofcustomer service to build up your spa’s client base.
• Managing spa recruitment needs and onboarding new team members.
• Daily spa operationsincluding:optimising client bookings, inventory management andmaintainingspa presentation standards.

YourSkills & Experience

• Previousspa or salon management experience.
• A Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience and/or a Diploma in Salon Management is highly advantageous, but not essential.
• Previousexperience with online booking systems, ideally Zenoti.
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word,Outlookand Excel) andpreviousexperience using an electronic booking system.
• You are a confident leader withpreviousexperience managing a team of therapists.
• You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with yourhigh levelof customer service.
• You have some level of financial and business acumen and experience managing budgets.
• You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation.
• You are highly organised andexhibit great timemanagement skills.
• You are available to work a rotating rostering including late nights and weekends.
