Job summary

endota Terrigal is recruiting for a Spa Receptionist/Assistant to provide top-notch customer service in-spa, over the phone, and by email. You will handle bookings, gift vouchers, product sales, and data entry, with additional housekeeping duties to keep the spa running smoothly.

The role requires strong IT skills, reliability, and a passion for the endota brand. Weekend availability and late shifts are expected, with staff discounts and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Previous reception/customer service experience (spa/beauty preferred).
• Proficient IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel; experience with Zenoti.
• Excellent time management; able to multitask.
• Strong communication and personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment bookings in-spa, over the phone and via email.
• Process gift vouchers and product sales.
• Answer email enquiries and data entry/inventory requirements.
• General cleaning duties: laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking products and housekeeping tasks.

The beautiful beachside endota spa Terrigal is conveniently located at the Crowne Plaza on level one, accessible through the hotel or via the stairs next to the beachside café.

Boasting 8 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

In the role of a Spa Receptionist/Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service to customers in-spa, over the phone and via email. Using your strong IT skills, you willmanage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email enquiries andbe responsible fordata entry/inventory requirements. The role will also include general cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arrangingproductand any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.

As an endota Spa Receptionist/Assistant, you are willing to share your time, experience, andexpertise- not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

• You havepreviousreception/customer service experience (experience in spa or beauty industry preferred).


• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti).


• You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently andmultitask.


• You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation standards.


• You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
