Job summary

Velocity Solar is seeking an organised administration professional to be the main contact for customers after installation. This full-time role in Geelong involves coordinating maintenance, warranties and after-sales support, working with electricians and the admin team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will handle customer queries, data entry, and ensure installations are complete, compliant and documented.

Qualifications

• No solar experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in person and via email/phone.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support via phone and email.
• Admin tasks and data entry with high accuracy.
• Support customers after solar installation and coordinate maintenance.
• Arrange warranty work and liaise with service providers.
• Track grid connection applications with distributors (Powercor).
• Keep customers updated on service progress and resolutions.
