Flower Power is seeking a proactive Social Media Coordinator to manage our Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram channels, creating engaging content and driving audience growth.

You will plan visuals, write copy, edit photos/videos, and collaborate with product teams to showcase our plants, home decor and garden products. A 2–4 year background in social media and a passion for gardening will help you shine.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in social media management and content creation.
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and motiv ated to produce engaging content.
• A passion for creating content that resonates and inspires teams across the business.
• Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with attention to brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram accounts to grow brand awareness, engagement, traffic and sales.
• Plan and create timely, relevant content tailored to each platform and brand voice.
• Edit photos and videos using Photoshop/Lightroom and video tools to maintain high-quality visuals.
• Collaborate with buying and retail teams to showcase products to target audiences.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages and reviews across social channels.
