Scaleup HR seeks a passionate Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage and grow our social media presence. You will create engaging photo and video content that showcases our products and brand, collaborating with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns.

You will handle daily posting, community engagement, and respond to audience inquiries, while supporting campaigns and maintaining a positive team culture.

Formación

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation.
• Ability to shoot photos and videos with phone or camera.
• Strong editing skills for video or images.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and detail orientation.
• Team player with ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and publish original photo and short video content.
• Take photos and shoot short videos; edit content for social media.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts.
• Support campaigns and promotions.
• Respond to customer comments and messages.
• Monitor trends and boost engagement.
• Coordinate across departments to reflect customer voice.
