Job summary

Growth Bomb seeks a Social Media Coordinator to support the marketing team in shaping our brand presence on social channels. This role works across content, community and creators, reporting to the Marketing team in our South Yarra office.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, are creative and organised, and can manage captions, calendars and influencer campaigns. Part-time casual role with flexible pacing and content ownership across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and campaigns.
• Manage social content calendar, keep posts on brand and on time.
• Write engaging captions and social copy, track trends.
• Create/edit social content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, UGC).
• Engage with community: comments, DMs, mentions; share insights.
• Support influencer gifting and creator campaigns.
• Assist with paid social assets and content organization.
• Bonus for TikTok-first content, Canva/CapCut/Adobe skills, influencer experience.

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the Growth Bomb marketing team. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up on social every day, working across content, community and creators.

Part-time casual, 2 days per week in our South Yarra office. Ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience who is creative, organised and always across what’s trending.

As Social Media Coordinator, you’ll provide hands‑on support across social, content and community, acting as a Growth Bomb brand ambassador and partnering with teams including Marketing, Creative and Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Partnerships & Content Manager to support our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, delivering campaigns, product launches and key brand moments
• Manage the social content calendar, keeping every post on brand, on time and aligned with campaign priorities
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and social copy, staying across trends and cultural moments to keep our content fresh
• Help create and edit social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories and UGC, and repurpose assets across channels
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs and mentions, and sharing customer insights with the wider marketing team
• Support influencer gifting, seeding and creator campaigns
• Keep our content organised and assist with paid social assets where needed
• Bonus points for: TikTok-first content, basic photo/video editing, Canva, CapCut or Adobe skills, influencer experience, paid social knowledge, or a background in beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle.
