Job summary

Havenhall Pty Limited recruits a hands-on Social Media Coordinator to drive content across Meta, TikTok and YouTube while building brand awareness and community engagement. You will film, edit and publish short-form videos, support the marketing calendar, and help optimise blogs for SEO.

You will collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure campaigns are campaign-ready on the website and across digital channels, with opportunities to participate in events and photoshoots as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute on-brand social content across platforms.
• Proficiency in mobile-first filming and editing with basic equipment.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for content production.

Job description

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on social media, content creation and community engagement, supported by responsibilities across websites and wider digital activity. This Social Media Coordinator role will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, working closely with the Marketing team and is instrumental in promoting brands and products across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement and managing community management .

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media calendar and scheduled content channels on a daily basis, with primary focus on Meta, TikTok and YouTube content
• Develop and execute engaging social content that builds brand awareness, community and engagement
• Plan, create, film, edit and publish short-form video content, including Reels, Stories and other social-first formats and being confident to occasionally appear in them
• Working with the wider business to ensure sales and our website are all campaign ready
• Assist in localising a Global Marketing Calendar and executing plans aligned with overall marketing strategy
• Community management on socials and helping our Customer Service AI learnings
• Provide support for wider marketing and web activities, including occasional events, conferences and projects such as photoshoots
• Assist in managing, tracking and measuring output and planning and briefing content
• Conduct monthly reporting and insights monitoring and tracking of social performance
• Create compelling blogs to improve SEO rankings

About you

• 1-2 years of proven experience in a social media-focused role
• Experience filming and editing content using a mobile phone and digital editing tools
• Tertiary qualification or degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not a must
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and reporting systems
• Experience using a Shopify platform
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, (or similar), Canva and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills which can translate into customer-facing copywriting and content creation
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
