Job summary

Scaleup HR is seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage and grow our social platforms, creating engaging photo and short video content. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaigns, respond to audiences, and drive daily social media operations.

You will shoot photos/videos, edit content, and coordinate with internal teams to reflect the customer voice while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or content creation.
• Ability to shoot photos and videos with a camera or smartphone.
• Proven video or image editing skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, friendly and brand-consistent.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish original photo and short video content aligning with the brand.
• Take photos and shoot short videos, edit content for social media and marketing.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts (posting, replies, engagement).
• Support Marketing Specialist with campaigns and promotions.
• Respond to customer comments, inquiries and messages promptly.
• Monitor trends and suggest ideas to boost engagement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to reflect the customer voice.
• Provide general administrative and office support as required.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when handling challenges.
• Contribute to team culture and projects.
