Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage multiple residential construction projects across Brisbane's South Western Corridor. You will oversee trades, coordinate planning and programming, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in residential construction, knowledge of building codes, and a calm leadership style.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

The Role

• Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
• Programming of works to meet minimum time frames
• Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
• Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and staff
• Scheduling and running projects from planning/programming stage through to completion

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in residential construction, managing or working on new home projects
• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
• Trade Qualification in Carpentry or similar/QBCC Site Supervisors License
• Highly organised with the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
• Excellent presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
