Qualifications

The Opportunity

As the Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a workbook of approximately 15 - 20 homes, overseeing each build from site start through to completion and handover.

You'll be responsible for keeping your projects moving, coordinating trades and ensuring every home is delivered to the required standard, on time and within budget.

The role will see you managing:

• Multiple residential builds at varying stages of construction
• Subcontractors, trades and construction schedules
• Site quality and workmanship
• Construction timelines and progress
• Workplace health and safety requirements
• Client expectations through to completion and handover

You'll have the autonomy to run your own sites while still having the backing of an experienced Construction Manager and dedicated internal support teams.

About the Builder

Our client is a well-established national residential builder known for delivering quality homes and operating with strong systems and processes across their construction teams.

With continued growth across Brisbane's northern corridor, they have a consistent pipeline of work and are looking to add an experienced Supervisor to their established construction team.

This is a business that understands the importance of giving its Supervisors the right support. You'll work closely with experienced leadership, production and estimating teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best - running quality residential builds and managing your sites effectively.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence - essential
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
• Strong experience managing residential builds from site start through to handover
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and construction schedules
• The ability to manage multiple homes at different stages of construction
• A strong focus on quality, timeframes and customer outcomes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider construction team
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to site management
