Job summary

Willow Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the construction of new homes in the Mackay area for a large scale Australian domestic builder. You will oversee on-site construction for investor homes with no client contact, from start to handover.

The role requires a track record of managing 15+ builds simultaneously, reading detailed plans, and delivering on time, on budget with high quality. A QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License and carpentry qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with a Project Home Builder
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License
• Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
• Ability to read and work off detailed plans
• Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
• Liaise and co-ordinate supplies and materials
• Ensure on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
• High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
• 3+ years Supervisory experience with a Project Home Builder
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License
• Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred

Due to the company's ever expanding footprint, they are now recruiting for a Site Supervisor to come on board to manage the construction of new homes in the Mackay area. Builds will be in close proximity within new housing estates, where you will be managing on site construction for Investor Homes with no client contact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have great tenure with previous employers, proven ability to manage 15+ individual new home builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.
