CGC Recruitment is assisting a fast-growing residential builder in Caboolture who seeks a Site Supervisor to manage up to 20 homes from build through handover. This role focuses on investment homes with minimal client interaction and a strong pipeline of work.

You will coordinate trades, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery from a dedicated estate location in Queensland. A QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence is essential.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team delivering a large volume of investment homes in Caboolture & surrounding suburbs.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 20 homes through various stages of construction through to handover.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
• Monitoring build schedules and ensuring projects remain on track
• Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction
• Ensuring compliance with all HSE and company standards
• Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence (essential)
• Previous experience supervising residential home builds
• Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Stable employment history and a commitment to quality construction
• Ability to build strong working relationships with trades and suppliers
