CGC Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor (Junior to Intermediate) to oversee about 20 investment homes across Redbank Plains and surrounding suburbs. The role focuses on managing trades, maintaining build programmes, and delivering quality homes in a fast-growing residential builder environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified carpentry background essential.
• 0–3 years' experience in residential site supervision.
• Experience working within residential construction.
• Strong understanding of site supervision principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds.
• Monitoring construction programmes and keeping projects on schedule.
• Conducting regular site and quality inspections.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation.
• Ensuring trades are completing works efficiently and to the required standard.
• Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise.
• Working closely with the Construction Manager and wider construction team.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and company requirements.
• Taking direction from senior management and continually developing your supervisory skills.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing approximately 20 residential builds through various stages of construction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds
• Monitoring construction programmes and keeping projects on schedule
• Conducting regular site and quality inspections
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
• Ensuring trades are completing works efficiently and to the required standard
• Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
• Working closely with the Construction Manager and wider construction team
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and company requirements
• Taking direction from senior management and continually developing your supervisory skills

About You

This opportunity would suit someone in the earlier stages of their Site Supervision career who has a strong construction background and is keen to continue learning.

To be successful, you will have:

• Qualified carpentry background, essential
• Junior - intermediate level - 0-3 years' experience in residential Site Supervision
• Experience working within residential construction
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence highly regarded, but not essential
• Strong understanding of residential construction methodology
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple builds
• Willingness to learn, take instruction, and develop under experienced management
• Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career within the business
