Job summary

Willow Recruitment’s client, a large-scale QLD domestic builder, seeks a Site Supervisor for the Toowoomba area. You will oversee daily site operations, read detailed plans, and drive quality through timely delivery across multiple home projects.

With 3+ years of supervisory experience, you will ensure WHS compliance and coordinate trades. A QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License is preferred, with a base salary plus a fully maintained vehicle and super.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience with a project home builder.
• Trade qualified; Carpentry preferred.
• QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License.

Responsibilities

• Daily site management from commencement to hand over.

Our client is a highly successful large scale QLD domestic building company.With a portfolio aimed at all levels from first home owners, investors through to medium density developments, this exceptional company offers a quality working environment with a great track record of providing long term career opportunities to their staff.

Due to additional growth, we are now recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisorto join their established team based in the Toowoomba area. Builds are all in close proximity within housing estates, wholesale builds for Investor & 1st time home owners and no client contact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have great tenure with previous employers, proven ability to manage 20+ individual new home builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.

The Role

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

• Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
• Ability to read and work off detailed plans
• Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
• Liaise and co-ordinate supplies and materials
• Ensure on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
• Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred
• High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
• Minimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with a Project Home Builder
• QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License

You will be provided with a generous base salary, fully maintained vehicle + fuel + super.
