Job summary

CGC Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage up to 20 homes across estates, delivering quality builds with a hands-on management approach.

You'll coordinate trades, maintain safety and quality, monitor schedules, and drive productivity within a supportive estate-based environment with long-term career potential.

Essential QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence and 2+ years of supervisory experience required; carpentry or bricklaying background preferred.

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence (essential)
• Previous experience supervising residential home builds
• Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Stable employment history and a commitment to quality construction
• Ability to build strong working relationships with trades and suppliers

Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team delivering a set of homes across estates in the Bridgeman Downs area.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 20 homes through various stages of construction through to handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
