Job summary

Townsville Residential Builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead multiple residential projects across the region. This stand-alone role lets you run your own show, with scheduling from home and on-site audits, safety, and progress tracking using Onsite Companion.

You’ll need a QBCC Site Supervisors Licence (Low Rise) or eligible; a trade qualification is preferred. Local Townsville knowledge and strong communication are essential as you coordinate local trades and ensure timely

Job description

Your new company A great opportunity has arisen to join a reputable Residential Builder in Townsville, prominent across the East Coast. They have established systems and a supportive office with in-house design, estimating and customer service. They have secured ongoing work in this region and are currently building c.160 homes…all they need now is you!

Your new role

This is a stand-alone role, where you can "run your own show", driving around each site all within proximity. Your scheduling can be done from home. We split the Townsville region up between our supervisors, so they don't spend much time travelling between sites. You will take responsibility for site audits, safety and project scheduling using Onsite Companion. We prioritise local trades, so your local knowledge of trades will be highly regarded.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience supervising residential projects, ideally with volume home construction. You will have and be able to get a QBCC Site Supervisors Licence (Low Rise fine) while a trade qualification is preferred. You must also be a self-starter with good communication skills and be local to Townsville, ideally with local trade knowledge.
