Site Supervisor | High-End Custom Residential | Eastern Suburbs & North Shore

Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded high-end residential builder to find an experienced Site Supervisor to take the reins on their architecturally designed custom homes across Sydney.

This is a builder that has carved out a genuine reputation at the premium end of the market. They deliver bespoke, one-off homes in the $2m to $6m range, the kind of work where craftsmanship and finish are everything and no two projects are ever the same. Every build is its own challenge, from getting complex homes out of the ground on difficult sites through to the detailed, high-spec finishes their clients expect.

Their current supervisor is moving on, and they're looking for someone who can step in and run their sites from start to finish. Importantly, this is not a business that micromanages. You'll be given a capable team and the autonomy to build the way you know best, without being forced into a rigid corporate process. They want an operator they can trust to take ownership and get on with it.

About the role

• Take full ownership of high-end custom residential builds, from ground works through to handover
• Manage trades, suppliers, programme and site sequencing across concurrent projects
• Problem-solve on the tricky stuff, tight access, sloping and awkward sites, and structurally complex builds
• Uphold the exacting finish quality and attention to detail these homes are known for
• Act as a key point of contact on site, liaising with clients, architects and consultants throughout the build
• Keep sites safe, compliant and running to programme
