CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead 4–5 high-end residential projects in the Carina area, with build values around $2 million each. You will coordinate trades, maintain quality, and keep construction programmes on track to deliver exceptional homes.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in luxury residential construction, strong carpentry skills, and a genuine eye for finishing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Experience delivering custom, architectural, or luxury homes.
• QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence ideally.
• Strong carpentry background or hands-on experience on the tools.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methodology and detailing.
• Exceptional eye for quality and finishing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, trades, and construction programmes.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing approximately 4-5 high-end residential projects through various stages of construction, ensuring each home is delivered to the exceptional standard expected within the custom and luxury market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple custom builds
• Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship, quality, safety, and site presentation
• Managing construction programmes and ensuring projects remain on schedule
• Conducting detailed quality control inspections throughout each stage of construction
• Working closely with management, suppliers, trades, and other project stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively
• Driving productivity on site without compromising the quality of the finished product
• Taking ownership of projects from construction commencement through to completion and handover

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
• Experience delivering custom, architectural, or luxury homes highly regarded
• Strong carpentry background, either as a qualified carpenter or through extensive experience on the tools
• QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence ideally
• Strong understanding of residential construction methodology and detailing
• An exceptional eye for quality and finishing
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, trades, and construction programmes
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
