Job summary

Harrison Barratt Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take the reins on architecturally designed custom homes across the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore. This role requires autonomy, a trade background, and a proven ability to manage complex builds from ground works through handover.

You will lead trades and suppliers, oversee programmes, and maintain exacting finish quality with safety and compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

Carpentry background essential—understand how a home goes together.
Proven site supervision experience on high-end residential or architectural builds.
Ability to run a job autonomously and take ownership of sites.
Strong trade coordination, programme management, and detail orientation.
Pride in delivering quality homes with a recognizable finish.
NSW driver's licence.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of high-end custom residential builds from ground works through handover.
Manage trades, suppliers, programme and site sequencing across concurrent projects.
Problem-solve on tricky sites with tight access, slopes and complex structures.
Uphold exacting finish quality and attention to detail.
Act as key on-site contact with clients, architects and consultants.
Keep sites safe, compliant and running to programme.
