Job summary

Core Talent in Bowral is seeking a Site Manager/Foreman to lead the delivery of a $8M+ custom home in the Southern Highlands.

You will own the site, manage subcontractors, coordinate schedule, and partner with architects and consultants to achieve a premium finish. The role demands 3–4+ years of high-end residential experience and Cert III in Carpentry; Cert IV is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years' experience running high-end custom residential projects.
• Proven track record delivering custom homes from start to finish.
• Experience on $6M+ residential projects is highly regarded.

The Opportunity

An established Sydney-based luxury residential builder is looking for a Site Manager / Foreman to lead the delivery of a $8M+ custom new build in the Southern Highlands.

This is an opportunity to take the lead on a high-end architectural project with a builder that has an established presence and strong repeat business throughout the Southern Highlands.

You’ll have genuine ownership of the site, working with a high-calibre team of architects, consultants and specialist trades to deliver a premium home from the ground up.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project from construction through to completion.

• Managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers

We are ideally looking for someone with:

• 3-4+ years' experience running high-end custom residential projects
• Proven experience delivering custom homes from start to finish
• Experience on $6M+ residential projects highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of finish
• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
• Experience working with architects, consultants and high-end clients
• Cert III in Carpentry
• Cert IV in Building & Construction advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to take genuine ownership of a project
