North Sydney-based custom homebuilder is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage residential builds from start to finish, coordinating trades, suppliers, clients and the internal construction team. This role offers strong training and development support as you grow your skills.

Key duties include supervising projects on site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules and safety, and ensuring workmanship aligns with plans and standards. Competitive salary and vehicle offered.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Building & Construction – essential.
• Residential new home building experience.
• Good understanding of construction processes and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential new build projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
• Manage construction schedules and ensure homes progress to program.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.
• Ensure projects are built in accordance with plans, specifications and relevant standards.
• Manage site safety and maintain a clean and organised site.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the build.
• Identify and resolve issues as they arise on site.
• Maintain accurate site records and construction documentation.

We are working exclusively with a custom homebuilder based in North Sydney. They have an consistent pipeline of new homes and are looking to grow their construction team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in site supervision, with 1+ years’ experience who is keen to continue developing their skills.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing residential builds from start to finish, working closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal construction team. The business has a strong focus on training and development, so you’ll have support around you as you continue to develop your knowledge and confidence as a Site Supervisor in the custom homes space.
