Job summary

Trentwood Homes is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver high-end residential projects in the Albury-Wodonga region. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, uphold quality and safety, and take genuine ownership from start to handover.

The role focuses on running sites, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme milestones and ensuring exceptional workmanship across multiple projects. A White Card and current driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven site supervision experience is essential for this appointment.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and ability to independently run a site.
• Carpentry background is preferred but not essential.
• Experience delivering high-end custom or architecturally designed homes is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades and residential building processes.

We are pumped to partner with Trentwood Homes to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to their growing team in the Albury-Wodonga region.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who knows how to run a site, coordinate trades, maintain programme and quality, and take genuine ownership of the build from start to finish.

The Opportunity:

Reporting across a portfolio of residential projects, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality homes, ensuring projects are well organised, safely managed and delivered to the standard Trentwood is known for.

You'll work closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal team, taking ownership of the construction process and proactively managing issues before they become problems.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You:

Proven site supervision experience is essential for this appointment.

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Foreman or similar
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and the ability to independently run a site
• A carpentry background is preferred, but not essential
• Experience delivering high-end custom or architecturally designed homes is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades and residential building processes
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep projects moving
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and subcontractors
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
• A current driver's licence
• A White Card
• Pride in your work and the ability to take ownership of your projects

$100,000 – $125,000 salary, dependent on experience
