Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a prestigious $10m luxury residential project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will drive day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and ensure delivery on time, on budget and to the highest finish standards.

You will oversee safety, quality control and progress reporting while collaborating with architects, designers and clients. A current Builder's Licence and White Card are essential, with experience in high-end homes highly

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential construction.
• Exposure to high-end custom homes or luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of the NCC/BCA, WHS legislation and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades.
• Current Builder's Licence, White Card and relevant trade/construction qualifications.

Our client is an award-winning residential builder based in the Eastern Suburbs, renowned for delivering architecturally designed custom homes to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. They are currently seeking a hands‑on Site Manager to lead a $10m high‑end residential project from the front.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager/Director, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard of finish.
