Job summary

Gamuda Australia looks for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator & Site Administrator to join the Westmead Station project team. You will coordinate deliveries, manage inventories, plant and site access while providing admin support to the project team on a busy construction site.

The role requires organised, proactive individuals with experience in logistics or site administration, strong Excel/Outlook skills and a current White Card.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, site administration or construction.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, materials or site logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Confident communication with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Current White Card and driver’s licence.
• Forklift licence and CoR/HVNL experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site logistics and delivery bookings through Veyor.
• Manage deliveries, transfers, inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate plant, heavy vehicles, traffic and site access.
• Apply day-to-day CoR requirements.
• Maintain delivery, waste, inventory and project records.
• Support site onboarding, inductions, PPE, procurement and general administration.
• Prepare basic logistics reports and coordinate site meetings.
