Job summary

Amazon Australia is seeking a Learning Area Manager to join the PER4 site leadership team at the Mixed Fulfilment Centre in Jandakot, Perth. This role leads the Training and Learning & Development function across day and night shifts on a 12-month secondment, owning the end-to-end learning agenda for the site and leading a team of Training Coordinators.

You’ll partner with Operations, Safety and support functions to drive performance through great training and be an active member of the site

Qualifications

• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience.
• Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Coordinators and oversee Training & Learning & Development.
• Deliver safe, high-quality, productive outcomes through effective training with Operations and WHS teams.
• Create, manage and implement standardised training programmes across all shifts.
• Track learning progress at site and network level and communicate findings.
• Oversee Forklift Verification Programme; ensure documentation is compliant and up to date.
• Analyse training data to identify gaps and drive site performance improvements.
• Work across day and night shifts to ensure consistent training delivery.
