Amazon Australia’s Delivery Services Learning team invites a Learning Coordinator to join our field learning group in Sydney. You will deploy and execute Learning & Training Delivery Services plans to support Delivery Station execution, focusing on standardising processes and improving metrics.

You will develop material, coordinate training events, collaborate with stakeholders across AU AMZL, and ensure readiness of Learning Experience areas while maintaining data and compliance where required.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience in logistics.
• Experience with data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop, assess, track, and facilitate training related programs for new and current entry level employees.
• Coordinate training events based on site/regional needs with stakeholders.
• Build trust with peers across the AU AMZL team and collaborate on regional learning projects.
• Serve as a SME for onboarding; coordinating all training needs.
• Facilitate certified job and compliance training including audits, badge creation, data entry and retrains.
• Travel intermittently among local Delivery Services sites to provide coverage.
• Maintain, prepare and distribute data on key metrics for their delivery station/region.
• Monitor adherence to standard work and quality and coach associates accordingly.
• Ensure area readiness and organisation for Learning Experience areas.
• Escalate barriers to Learning Manager or escalation points.
• Collaborate and support the wider Delivery Services Learning Team.

The AU Delivery Services Learning team is looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our Amazon Logistics team in Eastern Creek, NSW.

The position will be responsible for deploying and executing Learning & Training Delivery Services plans to support Delivery Station execution, aligned with Learning & Development strategy. This role will be focused on developing material and training session’s execution with current and new Associates, focused on improving operational metrics by standardising process execution.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop, assess, track, and facilitate training related programs for new and current entry level employees.
• Work closely with stakeholders and relevant team members for preparation and coordination of training events based on site/regional needs.
• Build trust with peer(s) across the AU AMZL team and collaborates on regional learning projects.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding; coordinating all training needs.
• Facilitate certified job and compliance training including ongoing audits, badge creation, data entry and retrains.
• Travel intermittently among local Delivery Services sites to provide maximum coverage in their region.
• Maintain, prepare and distribute data on key metrics for their delivery station/region.
• Monitor adherence to standard work and quality and coach associates accordingly.
• Ensure area readiness and area organisation for all Learning Experience areas to ensure they are prepared to support all Delivery Station training activities.
• Escalate any barriers to Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point.
• Collaborate and support the wider Delivery Services Learning Team.
