Job summary

Amazon Australia Learning Team is seeking a Learning Trainer based at the Kemps Creek Fulfilment Centre to deliver high-standard training to our associate workforce. You will work with ambassadors, manage training rosters, and help keep safety procedures up to date in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to coaching associates and driving training outcomes across multiple warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials.
• Ability to lead ambassadors in delivering training and coaching to associates.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to implement corrective actions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced associates.
• Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rosters.
• Lead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associates.
• Assist in evaluating and monitoring training efforts throughout the FC.
• Complete understanding of the safety procedures in the FC to ensure associates operate safely and take corrective actions.
• Ensure area readiness and organisation for Learning areas and training locations to support all training activities.
