Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Officer - Site Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of customer environments in Howard Springs. You will coordinate onsite technical support across locations, diagnose hardware/software issues on Macs, PCs, tablets and voice platforms, mentor a team, and drive service improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of customer environments.
• Deliver high-quality onsite technical support across locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on Macs, PCs, tablets, voice platforms.
• Take ownership of technical issues and liaise with external partners.
• Supervise and mentor Desktop Support Officers and foster a high-performing team.
• Provide training to enhance technical skills and stay current with tech trends.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain a positive customer experience.
