You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate delivery of high-quality support, and liaise with external vendors to resolve complex issues. The role requires strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, and effective communication to mentor staff and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling onsite technical support across customer environments.
• Ability to lead a small team of Desktop Support Officers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of customer environments.
• Coordinate onsite support across locations for timely issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Macs, PCs, tablets and voice platforms.
• Take ownership of issues and liaise with external vendors as needed.
• Mentor and supervise Desktop Support Officers; foster a high-performing team.
• Provide training to staff to stay current with technologies.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback to inform service improvements.
• Ensure adherence to policies and security protocols.
