• Deliver onsite technical support across various locations with timely issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Macs, PCs, tablets, and voice platforms.
• Own day-to-day technology issues and liaise with external vendors as needed.
• Supervise and mentor Desktop Support Officers to maintain a high-performing team.
• Facilitate training to keep the team updated with emerging technologies.
• Build strong client relationships with friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather customer feedback to drive service improvements and satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Maintain incident records and provide regular performance reports.
