Job summary

Glencore's McArthur River Mine (MRM) seeks a site-based Document Controller/Writer to oversee the site document management framework, ensuring controlled documents are current, accurate and properly governed throughout their lifecycle.

This role requires coordinating with stakeholders, supporting governance and risk-based document control, and developing SWIs with workgroups to reflect task descriptions and risk assessments, on a site in the Gulf of Carpentaria and related operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in document control and records management in regulated environments.
• Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS) with workflows and approvals.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Understanding of document lifecycle governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of controlled documents from development through withdrawal.
• Administer the site document management system per governance requirements.
• Develop a proactive, risk-based document management approach.
• Support departments by writing documents and SWIs from risk assessments and task descriptions.
