Gravity Resources is seeking multiple Document Controllers to support a major resources operation in North Queensland. These site-based contract roles focus on the control, organisation and management of project documents and drawings.

Ideal candidates have document control or project administration experience, are detail-oriented, and comfortable with electronic filing systems. Training is available for M-Files; familiarity is advantageous but not essential.

Formación

• Previous Document Control, Project Administration, Site Administration or general administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
• Confidence with electronic filing systems, documents and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Managing, filing and maintaining project documents and drawings.
• Uploading, updating and distributing controlled documentation.
• Maintaining document registers and ensuring information is correctly recorded.
• Assisting with drawing control, revisions and document updates.
• Checking documents for accuracy, formatting and completeness.
• Supporting project and site teams with document retrieval and administration.
• Maintaining organised electronic filing and document management systems.
• Working with project, technical and operational teams to ensure current documentation is readily available.
• Providing general project administration and document support as required.
