Job summary

BMD is seeking a motivated Junior Document Controller to join the team in Brisbane CBD, with a pathway to the Sunshine Coast as the project mobilises on site. The role targets early-career professionals eager to develop document control skills on a major infrastructure project.

Ideal candidates will have fundamentals in document control, hands-on TeamBinder (InEight) experience, and a collaborative approach to working with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on use of TeamBinder (InEight) required.
• Ability to manage controlled documents and workflows with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of document control processes across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain document registers, correspondence and technical documentation.
• Support document review, approval and distribution workflows.
• Ensure current document revisions are issued to stakeholders.
• Upload, track and manage drawings, specifications and project records.
• Maintain filing systems and document retention.
• Provide document control support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with reporting and project document compliance.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement across project systems and processes.
