Job summary

Northern Star Resources seeks a Site Administrator for Thunderbox Operations in the Northern Goldfields. The permanent, full-time role operates on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth, reporting to the Administration Coordinator.

You will support site operations with efficient administrative and coordination tasks to keep daily activities running smoothly. Ideal candidates have mining experience, FIFO exposure, and proficiency in INX InFlight, INX+Process, and Pronto.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in mining or resources, with FIFO experience.
• Experience in a similar site administration role is preferred.
• Proficiency with INX InFlight and INX+Process; Pronto experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Current Australian C-Class driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site access and onboarding for employees and contractors per site entry requirements.
• Manage travel arrangements to and from site.
• Maintain site rosters and coordinate village accommodation allocations.
• Provide administrative support for site processes and maintenance activities.
• Ensure employee and contractor records are accurate in INX InFlight and other INX databases.
• Raise and manage Pronto requisitions and work orders per company procedures.
• Assist with daily and weekly reporting and coordinate site events.
