Northern Star Resources is seeking an experienced Processing Trainer to join the field leadership team at Thunderbox Operations. This site-based FIFO role operates on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster and reports to the Senior Training Advisor.

The primary focus is to provide training and development within the Processing Department in line with Northern Star's Standards. You will develop and deliver non-accredited and accredited training programs, review content for accuracy, and ensure ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and assessing in processing/plant environments.
• Ability to maintain training records and ensure compliance with procedures.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver non-accredited and accredited training programs for Processing Department.
• Support development and review of training content in line with Northern Star Standards and Procedures.
• Ensure competencies and compliance for roles reflect actual work and reflect site procedures.
• Maintain training data base including contractors and cross-department support.
