Job summary

Northern Star Mining Services Limited seeks an Asset Management Superintendent to lead Thunderbox non-processing asset maintenance. FIFO ex Perth, 8 days on/6 off, permanent role reporting to the Maintenance Manager, focusing on safe, reliable, cost-effective asset care.

You will oversee camp facilities, utilities, LV, building services and mobile assets, drive backlog reduction, ensure compliance and contractor performance while aligning with Planning and Reliability for shutdowns and

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in mining maintenance.
• Hands-on CMMS experience with Pronto, SAP or AMT.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, backlog management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-process infrastructure maintenance across Thunderbox.
• Ensure assets are safe, reliable and compliant with standards.
• Provide leadership for camp, village, facilities, utilities, plumbing, LV, buses and related mobile assets.
• Monitor backlog, defects and schedule adherence for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with Planning and Reliability to optimize planning and close-out.
