Job summary

grow with you is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a group of SIL homes in New South Wales. You will manage Residential Care Team Leads, Support Workers and a SIL Administrator, ensuring high-quality support and smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll spend substantial time in the houses, so a current driver’s licence and vehicle are essential. The role focuses on participant independence, community participation and compliant, person-centred care across multiple homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residential Care Team Leads and Support Workers to deliver participant-centred support.
• Ensure SIL homes stay compliant with NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
• Oversee rosters, house budgets and service agreements, and report on funding use.
• Support participants and families through moves between SIL homes and adapt plans as needs change.
• Build strong relationships with families, guardians, coordinators and allied health teams.
• Grow team skills through training, feedback and clear expectations.
