Job summary

The Trophy Superstore in Brisbane’s Underwood store is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant/Store Manager to deliver a high-quality in-store and remote experience for trophy, award, and custom product orders.

You will greet customers, understand needs, answer calls, manage emails, and coordinate stock with suppliers while maintaining an orderly showroom and accurate sales entries. Training will be provided, with growth opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (not essential).
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Training on products and systems.
• Opportunity to grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom with product knowledge.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Manage and reply to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage inventory requirements and liaise with suppliers.
• Provide quotes and basic product guidance (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable showroom.
• Ensure orders are entered correctly in the internal sales system and stock is ordered correctly.
