Job summary

The Trophy Superstore in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant/Store Manager for our Underwood store. You will greet customers, advise on trophies, awards and custom products, handle quotes, and oversee stock ordering and inventory.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across in-store, phone and email channels. Training will be provided, and there is opportunity for growth within the business in a fast-paced, supportive team

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product knowledge.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Manage emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers for stock orders.
• Provide quotes and basic product guidance (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organised showroom and ensure storefront presentation.
• Use the internal sales system to enter orders and manage stock.
