Autobarn Brisbane is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a busy automotive retail environment. You will support daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service across our range of parts and accessories.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage stock, and deliver a positive shopping experience while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a track record of hitting KPIs.
• Ability to coach, develop and mentor team members.
• Experience with inventory, stock management and day-to-day store operations.
• Retail leadership experience in automotive or related sectors is advantageous.

• Create a safe, well-run store environment and lead daily operations.
• Drive sales through product promotion, upselling and meeting targets.
• Assist customers with automotive parts and accessories advice.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members on the shop floor.
