Job summary

Sunset Home Living on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the Bundall showroom and sales team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience, coaching staff, and achieving store targets.

You will manage rosters, merchandising standards and day-to-day operations, while working with the owners on performance and growth. Furniture and homeware experience is highly regarded, with a family-owned culture that supports career development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in retail.
• Track record of hitting store targets.
• Experience in furniture/homewares or premium retail is preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the Bundall showroom and sales team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves sales, people and creating a great customer experience. You'll lead from the floor, motivate your team, drive results and take ownership of the day‑to‑day running and presentation of the store.
