You will support the Store Manager with rostering, wage management and in-store training, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service and achieves KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment across Brisbane stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining customer standards.
• Support Store Manager with roster planning and wage control.
• Assist stock management to minimize shrinkage and maximize profit.
• Develop the team through training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Uphold company values and a positive store culture.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
• Ensure merchandising standards and VM guidelines are followed.
• Identify opportunities for center marketing and in-store events.
