Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to take ownership of the administration, presentation and tenant engagement across two shopping centres in Queensland, overseeing around 120 tenants. You will ensure seamless daily operations and deliver a positive experience for retailers and customers.

Join the national retail team with experience in retail or property management, holding a QLD Real Estate Licence and excelling in tenancy processes, compliance and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Real Estate Licence, or willingness to obtain one with support provided.
• Demonstrated experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
• Background in retail environments such as customer service, store management or administration.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tenancy systems, compliance processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage retail administration and tenancy processes across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and high presentation standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving queries efficiently and building strong working relationships.
• Coordinate lease administration and compliance requirements including insurances and bank guarantees, ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Support marketing initiatives, tenant engagement activities and trading performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver smooth operations and achieve key performance outcomes.

• You will support the Portfolio Manager by overseeing day today administration, processing invoices and maintaining the overallpresentation standards of the centres.
• Experience in retail, property or store management, will behighly beneficial in this role.
