Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to take ownership of administration, presentation and tenant engagement across two shopping centres with about 120 tenants. You will ensure smooth daily operations and deliver a positive experience for retailers and customers.

The role requires a QLD Real Estate Licence or willingness to obtain one with company support. Previous retail/property management across multi-site portfolios and strong organisational skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

Licence or willingness to obtain with support.
Experience in retail or property management across multi-site portfolios.
Background in retail environments such as customer service or administration.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities to handle many tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Own and manage retail administration and tenancy processes across multiple centres.
Be the primary contact for tenants and resolve queries.
Coordinate lease administration and compliance requirements.
Support marketing, tenant engagement and trading analysis.
Collaborate with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver operations.
