Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an Administration Manager to support a portfolio of shopping centres across South Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This hybrid role can be based at Mudgeeraba Shopping Centre and involves close collaboration with two Centre Managers to keep day-to-day property administration running smoothly.

You will manage arrears administration, raise retailer charges, process supplier invoices, collect and record sales information, complete receipting and support

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, ideally within property, shopping centres or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial and administrative processes.
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrears administration and follow up outstanding items.
• Raise retailer charges accurately and on time.
• Process supplier invoices through the relevant systems.
• Collect and record sales information.
• Complete receipting and support reconciliation activities.
• Respond to retailers queries by email and follow through to resolution.
