Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an Administration Manager based at Mudgeeraba Shopping Centre in Queensland. This hybrid role supports a portfolio of shopping centres across South Queensland and Northern New South Wales, working with two Centre Managers to keep day-to-day property administration running smoothly.

You’ll manage arrears, retailer charges, supplier invoices, sales records and reconciliations, and respond to retailer queries by email.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, ideally within property, shopping centres or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial and administrative processes.
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrears administration and follow up outstanding items.
• Raise retailer charges accurately and on time.
• Process supplier invoices through the relevant systems.
• Collect and record sales information.
• Complete receipting and support reconciliation activities.
• Respond to retailers queries by email and follow through to resolution.
